Kill First, Get Cleared Later

I recieved the following email commenting on the news of the Marine Corps dropping all charges against officers who have brutally killed Iraqis, Second Lieutenant Ilario Pantano who shot two Iraqis and Lieutenant Andrew Ledford who beat Manadel al-Jamadi, an Iraqi prisoner in Abu Grieb, who later died in US custody. All of us know Mr. A photograph of Mr Jamadi's corpse was widely published, showing him packed in ice with a large bandage below his right eye
Here it is Raed, once again, and just as predictable and as disheartening a scenario as anything one can possibly imagine.
So, I put it to you, since when is murder considered to be the same as the lesser crime of 'abuse' in legal terms?
Why was the murderer absolved of his crime, exactly as we witnessed yesterday in two similar cases, one involving the brutal murder of two young men pumped with 60 rounds each and left with words of warning (in english) pinned to their chests?
Simple racist hate crimes. No recourse for the victims. They're dead.
No recourse for their families. They don't count, in the greater designs of your future by the Bushites.
How does this dismissal from prosecution for these hateful and hate generated racist crimes, mirror the immunity from prosecution which the arch-criminals of the Bush regime have built into the whole illegal process of their imperial design for the greater middle-east, for themselves and their agents?
Check it out.
Once again, the US flag has been desecrated, but not by Iraqi's, or Palestinians or Muslims, but by America and her own 'finest' elite mass murderers and terroristi.
d.l./peace activist and anti-militarist
The US adminstration is giving the wrong impression to the US army in Iraq: Kill and torture more Iraqis and nothing will happen to you.
or maybe this is the message.
