Many websites are posting a recording of two "Iraqi Army" officers talking over their walkie-talkies in Karbala. In the recording, you can hear an officer asking his superior what to do with an injured Iraqi fighter (Mr. Al-Khazaali) who they've just arrested. The officer in command says "as I've told you before. As I've talked you on the walkie-talkie. Where did you find him?". The lower ranking officer says that they found him in the neighborhood they are surrounding. So the officer in command says "don't bring him here, don't bring him here. Follow the procedures I've told you about. Kill him. I don't want him to be brought here".
Al-Maliki's forces, backed by the US, are yet again committing war crimes in Iraq.
